PATRON OF CARE
Scholarship Program
The Patron of Care program has been expanded to include three additional levels of participation.
The Patron of Care program was announced in 1999 at the International Conference on Care and Kindness as a program to provide a way to underwrite some of the costs of the annual conferences and to provide special scholarships for those who would like to attend but could not afford the registration.
The
Care Ministry Department of the Crystal Cathedral is grateful to the many
individuals who have already contributed to the scholarship program.
In response to requests for additional levels of participation, three new categories have been added.
- The Friend of Care level is for persons who contribute $100. A certificate of appreciation is presented to each one who chooses this category.
- Those who contribute $250 are recognized as a Donor of Care. Each one will receive a crystal heart, which is engraved with the heart logo of the Care Conference.
- The Patron of Care category remains as it was for donations
of $500 and each donor is offered a special crystal award which is numbered
and includes a special engraved
message.
- The Sponsor of Care category is for those who contribute $1000 or more to the Patron of Care program. They will receive a beautiful heavy crystal desk piece, inscribed with a wave which symbolizes the tsunami of care and kindness that we seek to spread into the lives of every man, woman and child.
If you share our vision—spreading a wave of care around the world—we would appreciate any donation to the Patron of Care program. Whether you choose to be a Friend of Care, a Donor of Care, a Patron of Care, or a Sponsor of Care, you can be assured that your participation in this program will positively affect many others, as the tsunami grows!
