“My wife and I attended the Care Conference in March. Among the resources we discovered was the Care Capsule. As a pastor and as a trained Stephen Minister leader, I have found this publication to be a gem! I used the May 2000 issue theme, "It's Not What I Say" as an outline for a Stephen Minister training session in July.
It provided the outline for a great class—lots of partici-pation and lots of feedback. I challenged the class to practice verbal hugs for a month and report back at our next class. They were all excited about working at it.
