March 20 – 21, 2015
Sun Lakes, Arizona

Sun Lakes United Methodist Church is proud to host the first Care and Kindness Conference in the Phoenix area, at our Church Campus on March 20-21, 2015.

Come and hear the inspiring and educational message of Keynote Speaker Dr. James Kok, founder of the Care & Kindness Ministries, and author of “The Miracle of Kindness…Changing the World One Act at a Time,” and the just-released “Transform Belief into Behavior.”

According to Dr. Kok, “Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of which have the potential to turn a life around.” He will present “An Unexpected Prescription,” “Thirteen Secret Behaviors” to help us maximize our gifts of reaching out to others, and “Care and Kindness is Infectious–Others Catch It and Pass It On!”

Joining Dr. Kok as a Keynote Speaker is Dr. John Vawter, Scottsdale resident and frequent speaker at Care and Kindness Conferences around the country. Dr. Vawter has spoken in 18 countries and taught Doctor of Ministry classes at seven seminaries. He is the author of “Achieving High Performance Friendship” and “Uncommon Graces.” Dr. Vawter will focus on “How to Be a Faithful Friend,” and “Achieving High Performance Friendships.”

When you register for the conference, you can choose from six workshops that will be presented on March 21 by outstanding presenters from the Phoenix area:
